BOXING FOR PARKINSON'S

Reflection
This project has taught me so much about many things. Particularly, I have learned a ton about leadership and consequently this has helped me develop leadership skills. My view on leadership has shifted more to humility and further from pride. As a leader you have to be willing to improve and identify your weaknesses to make them strengths. I have also seen how a leader has to be confident in themselves in a sense that they know that they are capable of completing the task at hand. Another view of leadership I have seen change in myself has been that anyone can be a leader as long as they are willing to put the work in needed. This world can be filled with countless numbers of leaders helping people in various ways. There were so many great examples of leaders I was able to meet in the process of this project. They showed me that leaders don't have to come off as intimidating but rather as approachable and loving. My project specifically showed me how gaining knowledge can be beneficial to leading. This knowledge has resulted in my ability to magnify my positions and the roles that have as a leader. In summary, I am so grateful for the opportunity this project gave me to learn and grow as a leader. I hope to continually add on to all that I have learned in order to help people more each day. I am also so thankful for all of the great people I have been able to meet and interact with through this experience.
